I was motivated to earn my CDA credential because I wanted to improve the quality and care I provide for my students. I wanted to ensure I was using best practices that support their growth in all developmental areas. The CDA gave me the tools, confidence, and professional foundation to create an enriching and safe learning environment for my students. After earning my CDA, I became more intentional in my planning and interactions with children. Earning my CDA helped me became a more reflective, patient, and effective educator which positively impacted both the classroom climate and student learning outcomes.
