Growing from Director of ECE to Vice President
Ana Field, Vice President of Licensing & Safety
I started my journey with Spring as the Director of ECE at Stratford Sunnyvale De Anza Park. I decided to pursue a new challenge in 2021 as a Real Estate Coordinator, and in 2023 I became a Real Estate Manager. In 2024 I was promoted to Director of Compliance and New School Development, and in 2025 I am the Vice President of Licensing & Safety.
