Spring Education Group is a national network of independent schools serving students from preschool through 12th grade. We believe that students can achieve more than they imagine. Each Spring school offers a carefully designed program led by expert educators who cultivate academic excellence, student independence, and a lasting love of learning. Our tuition-funded model allows our schools to create an open, transparent culture and a strong community, without the distractions of fundraising. We are building our network of schools to bring our distinctive approach to inspiring students to more families across America.
Why Spring
The strength of a network, the community of a school.
Why Spring?
Our network of schools offers unique opportunities for educators, school leaders, and support professionals. We benefit from the best of both worlds—the community of a school with the strength of a network. Each one of our over 200 school communities is different, taking on the shape that best reflects the needs of its students and the strengths and passions of its faculty and staff. But each school is also able to leverage the support and best practices gained from our entire network, including professional development, curriculum support, home office support including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition, and the ability to share ideas across schools.
Diversity at Spring
At Spring Education Group, we dedicate ourselves to the principles of diversity, inclusion and belonging. We provide a work and educational environment that champions these principles, ensuring that every employee feels welcomed and heard. Our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Council is an employee panel assembled to share best practices from within our company and from other best-in-class organizations. This panel recommends and hosts awareness and engagement activities, identifies issues and proposes solutions, and supports diversity, inclusion and belonging within our schools.
We also encourage and promote regular multicultural learning opportunities at our schools. Whether it's the Cultural Fair Art Walk at Camelback Desert School in Arizona, or the Multicultural Fair at Sagemont Prep in Florida, our schools bring multicultural education and global awareness into the classroom in hands-on ways that are meaningful and memorable.
Passion & Community
Sarah Parks Lobb, Head of School, Brighton School
I have been with Brighton for 15 school years, and have recently moved into the Head of School role after being the Lower School Principal for 5 years. I love the Brighton community! I have worked many jobs here over the past 15 years and find value in every position. I started as a 1st Grade Assistant Teacher and have been an Assistant for Middle School, taught Preschool and Pre-K for 7 years before becoming the Lower School Principal in 2020. Now in 2025 I am the Head of School, but I've also been a bus driver, summer camp counselor, summer camp director, taught middle school electives, designed a yearbook, and worked in our before and after care program!
We have worked really hard to create a culture of care and belonging. I love our families and staff and find so much purpose in serving them.
