About the Role
As a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Teacher at Stratford School, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between preschool and kindergarten by providing a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment. We take pride in the family atmosphere of our campuses, and your connection with your students will be an extension of this community. The ideal candidate will foster students’ social, emotional, and academic development while preparing them for success in kindergarten.

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Prior classroom experience, preferably with preschool, Pre-K, or TK students
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young learners
