Our mission is to Develop the Best Schools and Educators in America, and we're seeking a Regional Director who is passionate about developing leaders, driving results, and building thriving school communities. This highly visible leadership role oversees a portfolio of early childhood education schools throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. You will partner with Principals to drive enrollment growth, operational excellence, educational quality, talent development, and family satisfaction.
Prior early childhood education experience is not required. We welcome experienced multi-site leaders who have demonstrated success developing leaders, driving operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
This role requires approximately 80% travel within the region, with a strong on-site presence supporting school leaders and teams.
What You'll Do
• Coach, develop, and hold Principals accountable for school performance and leadership growth.
• Build a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence across multiple schools.
• Drive enrollment, retention, staffing, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and company standards.
• Support educational excellence through effective implementation of curriculum and instructional practices.
• Strengthen family engagement and community partnerships.
• Develop leadership pipelines and attract, retain, and grow top talent.
• Use data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and drive results.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5+ years of successful multi-site leadership experience.
• Proven success leading and developing leaders across multiple teams, locations, or business units.
• Strong operational, financial, and performance management skills.
• Experience using data to drive decision-making and business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• A passion for developing people and creating meaningful impact in the communities you serve.
