Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Merryhill Preschool is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Preschool Substitute Teacher to join our early childhood education team! Our program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.
As a Preschool Substitute Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.
What You’ll Do
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
• Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving.
• Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
• Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
• Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 or higher
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
• Authorization to work in the United States
