What We're Looking For
• Must meet Ohio Child Care Administrator qualifications.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of Ohio licensing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and develop educators.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with accreditation programs, Step Up To Quality (SUTQ), or other quality improvement initiatives preferred.
