About the Role
The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school and ensuring an exceptional experience for students, families, and staff. In this role, you will manage front office functions, coordinate necessary administrative tasks, and serve as a welcoming and dependable point of contact for the school community.
You will also:
• Provide outstanding customer service to students, families, and staff
• Respond proactively and professionally to parent questions and concerns
• Manage student enrollments, withdrawals, and waitlists
• Maintain accurate and organized student and office files
• Assemble enrollment packets, student materials, and other administrative documents as needed
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities
