About the Role
The Preschool Office Administrator plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the school and ensuring an exceptional experience for students, families, and staff. This position partners closely with school leadership to support front office operations, family communication, enrollment processes, compliance-related documentation, and the overall organization of the campus.
In this role, you will serve as a welcoming and dependable point of contact for the school community while also helping maintain a safe, organized, and high-quality preschool environment.

You will also:
• Serve as a member of the school leadership team and support overall campus operations
• Partner with school leadership to maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies
• Support enrollment, retention, and family engagement initiatives
• Assist with staff onboarding, scheduling, and administrative support activities
• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current families
• Respond proactively and professionally to parent questions and concerns
• Manage student enrollments, withdrawals, waitlists, and student records
• Maintain accurate and organized student, licensing, and office files
• Assist with school events, tours, and community outreach activities
• Support daily campus operations, including student attendance, reporting, and administrative workflows
• Serve as a leadership resource in the absence of the Principal or Assistant Principal, as appropriate
• Foster a positive, professional, and welcoming school culture for students, families, and staff

What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must meet Director Qualification requirements for the state in which the school operates
• Prior experience in a preschool, childcare, or school environment required
• Previous administrative, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass all required state and federal background checks
