About the Role
The Office Administrator position plays an important part in our school community. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the entire staff at our school to support front office needs, as well as develop meaningful relationships with students and families.
You will also…
• Provide superior customer service to students, parents, and staff members
• Be proactive in responding to parent concerns
• Manage student enrollments, withdrawals, and wait lists
• Maintain student and office files
• Assemble student packets, enrollment packets, and other materials as necessary
What We Are Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a school environment is preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong people and communication skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
