What We Offer
• Location: 3800 Stoneridge Drive Pleasanton, CA 94588
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 11:30am - 1:30pm AND 3:00pm - 6:00pm
• Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
About the Role
The Middle School Study Hall Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, engaging, and positive environment for students as they conclude their school day. This position supports both academic supervision and general campus safety by working closely with the team lead and principal to ensure smooth operations during after-school study and enrichment time.
• Facilitate daily program activities in accordance with the established schedule
• Supervise and interact positively with students during both indoor and outdoor periods
• Support appropriate student behavior and classroom
• Assist in classroom management
• Ensure the physical safety and emotional well-being of students
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and supervise for extended periods of time
• Capable of bending, stooping, and moving quickly across campus when needed
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must maintain active supervision of students at all times by sight and sound
