Who We're Looking For:
We are excited to announce openings for enthusiastic educators who are committed to engaging K-12 students in a dynamic online learning environment. Positions are available across all grade levels:
• Elementary (K-5)
• Middle School (Grades 6-8: English, Math, Science, Social Studies)
• Upper School (Grades 9-12: English, Math, Science, Social Studies)
Responsibilities:
• Support asynchronous and synchronous learning through our advanced online platforms.
• Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring academic goals are met.
• Act as a primary communication link between students, families, and the school.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students.
• Develop and lead synchronous sessions and collaborative learning opportunities.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a secure and supportive virtual learning environment.
• Engage actively in the school community and encourage student participation in extra-curricular activities.

Essential Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant education field or subject area.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in education or specific content areas are highly preferred.
• Experience in online teaching or a strong willingness to adapt to digital education platforms.
• Proficient with modern educational technologies and digital communication tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with a diverse community.
• Committed to ongoing professional growth and reflective practices.
• Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
