Your Impact at Carrington Academy

What We're Looking For
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• In addition, candidates must meet at least one of the following education and experience requirements:
◦ An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
◦ An awarded Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development, Infant and Toddler, Program Administration, or School Age and Youth Care; or a Technical College Diploma (TCD) in ECE or Child Development, and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
◦ An Associate degree or higher (including a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
◦ A Bachelor’s degree in a field other than Early Childhood Education or Child Development and a minimum of three (3) months of childcare experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain all required clearances, certifications, and ongoing professional development as required by Georgia regulations.
