You will:
• Develop and deliver lesson plans, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies.
• Provide effective instruction using learning materials and technology.
• Ensure proper visual supervision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and assess their achievements.
• Foster positive communication with the principal, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in school events, including orientations, programs, and conferences.
• Contribute to a non-punitive classroom discipline approach.
• Demonstrate integrity, time management, and enthusiasm in daily tasks.
• Treat all students with dignity, respect, and patience.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or a valid teaching credential.
• Ability to establish effective relationships and communicate clearly.
• Punctuality and reliability in reporting to work.
• Proficiency in relevant technology.
• Previous experience in an elementary classroom setting.
