Laurel Springs School, a subsidiary of Spring Education Group, a WASC-accredited school, is a pioneer in online private school education since 1991. Laurel Springs provides flexible and personalized learning experiences online for students in kindergarten through 12th grade and beyond.


Laurel Springs School is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Partnerships to lead our Partnerships Team and drive long-term growth. This senior-level role is responsible for designing and executing a sustainable vision for partnership development, cultivating high-impact, mission-aligned relationships that support new student enrollment and retention.
This is more than a management role—it’s a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who understands the power of authentic partnerships, believes in the transformative impact of education, and is eager to build something meaningful and lasting. The Director will collaborate with a diverse range of organizations, including sports academies, performing arts programs, tutoring centers, educational consultants, and schools across the public and private sectors.
As a member of the LSS Executive Team, the Director of Partnerships reports to the Head of School and works cross-functionally to align the partnership strategy with broader institutional goals.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and inspire the Partnerships Team to meet and exceed goals for growth, engagement, and retention.
• Design and execute a vision for sustainable, high-value partnerships aligned with LSS’s mission.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with current and prospective partners through personalized communication and in-person engagement.
• Negotiate contracts and terms in collaboration with SEG Legal.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, academics, and family support to ensure consistent messaging and service excellence.
• Use data to guide strategic decisions and evaluate partnership performance.
• Represent LSS at events, meetings, and site visits to strengthen external relationships.
What You Bring
• 5+ years in partnership development, ideally within education or a mission-driven organization.
• Proven success managing teams and delivering on KPIs.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management experience.
• Strategic thinker who can execute and adapt quickly.
• Highly organized, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with G-Suite required; CRM, LMS, and SIS experience a plus.
• Comfortable with regular travel to support in-person engagement.
