Spring Education Group is seeking a driven and personable Admissions Coordinator to support top-of-funnel enrollment efforts across our network of Independent K–12 schools. Reporting to the Lead Enrollment Director, this remote position serves as the first point of contact for prospective families, building relationships, guiding them through the admissions journey, and helping connect students with the educational environment that best meets their needs.
As a member of our Shared Services enrollment team, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow Admissions Coordinators, campus-based enrollment teams, and marketing stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals and deliver a responsive, high-touch experience from initial inquiry through application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new-student enrollment to meet or exceed established enrollment and conversion KPIs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries received through phone, web, email, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Build relationships with prospective families and convert qualified leads into scheduled campus tours and visits.
• Conduct thoughtful and consistent follow-up to encourage applications and minimize prospective-family drop-off.
• Follow up on tour cancellations and no-shows to reengage interested families.
• Maintain current knowledge of campus offerings, tuition and fees, and the admissions process to answer questions accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple campus calendars and locations.
• Partner closely with campus teams on lead-to-enrollment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other applicable systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to support campaigns and top-of-funnel enrollment growth.
• Identify and resolve challenges throughout the enrollment process, escalating family or enrollment concerns when appropriate.
• Manage competing priorities and allocate time effectively to achieve optimal results.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as requested by the Lead Enrollment Director.
Qualifications:
• Three or more years of experience in admissions, enrollment, education sales, lead conversion, or a comparable role with KPI accountability.
• Demonstrated success in meeting performance targets and driving high-value or high-consideration conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field preferred.
• Education-sector or public relations experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to provide responsive, high-touch customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with sound judgment and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while building productive relationships with campus and Shared Services stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the flexibility to adjust priorities as needs evolve.
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Benefits:
• Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• 401(k) with company match.
• Tuition remission for employees’ children.
• Continued education tuition savings through university partners.
