The network (currently composed of approximately 220 schools) brings together some of the best private school programs in the country, with proven track records educating children through unique and carefully crafted curricula.
Spring Education Group is seeking a driven and personable Admissions Coordinator to support top-of-funnel enrollment efforts across our Stratford and Montessori schools. In this remote role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective families—building relationships, guiding them through the admissions journey, and helping match students with the right educational environment.
As part of our enrollment team, you’ll collaborate with both shared services and campus-based stakeholders to meet enrollment goals and ensure a high-quality, customer-focused experience from inquiry to application.
**Qualified candidates should be located in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone, ideally within reasonable commuting distance to one of our schools for occasional on-site visits.**
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive student enrollment to meet or exceed established targets
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, web, email, and events
• Convert leads into scheduled campus visits and completed applications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school offerings, tuition, and the admissions process
• Execute thoughtful follow-ups to ensure engagement and minimize drop-off
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple campus calendars
• Ensure accurate, timely data entry in Salesforce and NetSuite
• Partner with marketing to support outreach campaigns and top-of-funnel growth
• Escalate concerns as needed while ensuring a positive family experience
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, education sales, or lead conversion
• Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and driving conversions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is strongly preferred
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
Benefits:
• Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• 401(k) with company match.
• Tuition remission for employees’ children.
• Continued education tuition savings through university partners.
