At Spring Education Group, our Regional Directors are visionary leaders who empower and develop the Principals leading our early childhood campuses. Our mission is to Develop the Best Schools and Educators in America, and as a Regional Director, you’ll be at the forefront of making that mission a reality across multiple schools within your region.
We’re seeking a Regional Director to lead, inspire, and equip school leaders across a defined region of early childhood education (ECE) schools. This is a pivotal leadership role that ensures excellence in safety, enrollment growth, educational quality, and operational performance. As a Regional Director, you’ll coach and develop Principals, foster family and community trust, and uphold our mission to provide safe, nurturing, and innovative learning environments where children thrive.
This role goes beyond operational oversight—it’s about inspiring leaders, cultivating excellence, and ensuring every campus under your guidance thrives academically, culturally, and operationally. Regional Directors oversee a defined geographical territory, which may include multiple campuses across several states or within a local area typically within a two-hour driving range. The role requires frequent on-site presence, with travel expected approximately 80 percent of the time, or four out of five days each week.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Lead & Inspire: Build a strong culture of safety, excellence, and pride across multiple schools.
• Ensure Compliance & Safety: Guide leaders to maintain licensing, accreditation, and rigorous health and safety standards.
• Drive Enrollment Growth: Partner with school leaders to enhance family engagement, community presence, and marketing strategies.
• Develop Leaders & Staff: Attract, retain, and grow top talent; foster collaborative and inclusive work environments.
• Support Educational Excellence: Ensure fidelity to our Links to Learning curriculum and coach leaders to use data for instructional improvement.
• Oversee Operations & Finance: Support leaders in managing budgets, staffing, vendor relationships, and resources for long-term sustainability.
What we are looking for:
• A proven, high-impact leader with 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in education, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or another people-centered, service-driven industry.
• A strong background in leading and developing other leaders—especially those managing multiple teams or business units.
• A solid understanding of operational excellence, compliance, and quality assurance; experience in regulated industries or education environments is a plus.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes that drive performance and growth.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, accountability, and engagement at all levels.
• A genuine passion for leadership development and community impact, with a commitment to creating environments where teams, families, and children thrive.
Why Spring Education Group?
We’re more than a network of schools — we’re a community of educators and leaders dedicated to creating exceptional early learning experiences. As a Regional Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of multiple campuses while advancing your own leadership career.
• Support: A strong, collaborative network of peers and senior leaders committed to your success.
• Financial Rewards: Competitive salary and quarterly bonus opportunities tied to clear, measurable goals, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match.
• Career Growth: Ongoing professional development and leadership training with long term career mapping centered on your development.
• School Community Impact: The opportunity to develop Principals, strengthen school communities, and ensure thousands of children experience exceptional early education every day.
If you are a purpose-driven, strategic leader who thrives on developing others and leading schools to excellence, we invite you to apply today and join a community that values your leadership, passion, and vision.
