What You’ll Do:
As a school leader with Chesterbrook Academy, you’ll be responsible for:
• Overseeing daily school operations and ensuring full compliance with state licensing regulations
• Leading a team of educators and support staff with clear vision and enthusiasm
• Building meaningful relationships with families and creating a welcoming school culture
• Ensuring curriculum implementation, classroom excellence, and student achievement
• Driving enrollment and retention through effective community engagement and customer service
• Partnering with regional leadership to meet performance goals and support staff development

What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center
• A strong understanding of Pennsylvania licensing requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Passion for mentoring teachers and shaping high-quality educational environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to travel within the local market and step into leadership openings as needed
