About the Role
Join our team as a Part Time Office Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Evergreen Academy. This position blends administrative leadership with hands-on support to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and organized school environment for students, families, and staff. You will manage a wide variety of operational responsibilities, contribute to a strong customer service culture, and serve as a liaison between families and school administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional presence at all times.
• Provide general administrative support, including phones, filing, billing, and data entry.
• Assist with classroom support needs, including stepping into classrooms as needed.
• Coordinate school events, student records, and elective vendor billing and management.
• Support school compliance, licensing documentation, and adherence to internal operational procedures.
• Facilitate parent communication and promote a positive experience for families throughout their journey with the school.
• Collaborate with school leadership and staff to uphold Evergreen Academy’s mission and values.
Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of teaching, childcare, or school-based administrative experience.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced school setting.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional demeanor with a growth mindset and solutions-oriented approach.
• Passion for working with children and families in an educational setting.
• Commitment to excellence in service and care with a strong sense of initiative.
