About the Role
As a Multi-Classroom Teacher at Merryhill School, you will support instruction across multiple classrooms or grade levels, ensuring seamless transitions, consistent academic standards, and a positive student experience. You will implement curriculum with fidelity while adapting instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to confidently lead classrooms while maintaining alignment with Merryhill School’s educational philosophy and standards.
You will also:
• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction across assigned classrooms
• Implement the Merryhill curriculum with consistency and academic rigor
• Establish structured, positive classroom environments
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and school leadership
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress
• Maintain compliance with all school policies, safety procedures, and state requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid teaching credential if required by state
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
• Prior teaching experience
