Employment Status: Full-Time, must be flexible to alternate opening and closing hours

Duration: Year-Round (12 months), Monday - Friday

Location: Oswego, IL


The Office Administrator provides support to the Principal and Assistant Principal by overseeing all general administrative functions of the school, in addition to providing excellent customer service to our families and staff.

The Essentials...

  • Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood or related field  OR  60 college credits with 23 units in ECE and at least 1 business course preferred.
  • Prior administrative experience in education or child care is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be willing to assist in classrooms and snack / lunch preparation.
  • Complies with all state-specific education and licensing standards, and maintains validation of credentials for the position (i.e. professional development).
