SUMMARY:

Laurel Springs School is seeking to hire motivated sales professionals to work in a Call Center environment to enroll K-12 students in our online private school. This base plus commission opportunity focuses on both outbound and inbound calls, enrolling students, and processing enrollments. The Admissions Coordinator will work to grow and retain student enrollment by developing and building relationships with families and addressing customer inquiries and questions regarding our school.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet monthly sales goals by enrolling students in Laurel Springs School
  • Meet monthly KPIs tied to sales/enrollment goals  
  • Clearly and thoroughly explain, via telephone, SMS, and email, our programs and services to interested families and partners
  • Generate and/or follow-up on leads resulting from specific marketing campaigns of individuals interested in our online offering
  • Reply to communications from customers, related to targeted marketing campaigns, via phone, email, fax, direct mail, and other means, including both sales and customer support activities
  • Develop strong rapport with customers and families to ensure a very positive impression of Laurel Springs School and our products and services
  • Enter detailed notes into the CRM to ensure a positive customer experience

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:             

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior experience working in the education industry a plus
  • Prior experience in sales a plus
  • Technologically proficient
  • Recent college graduates encouraged to apply

 

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Motivated by reaching sales goals; Demonstrated ability to persuade & close sales
  • Possess an assertive, professional entrepreneurial spirit
  • Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Customer focused / relationship building approach; Ability to relate to others
  • A professional that operates with ethics and integrity
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Maintains meticulous attention to details
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Team player track record; Highly collaborative
