About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Substitute Teacher to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining a continuity of education when our regular instructors are unavailable. The Substitute Teacher will effectively implement existing lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and foster a positive and productive environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instructional activities prepared by the regular teacher, ensuring students continue to progress towards academic goals.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a healthy learning atmosphere.
  • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
  • Maintain accurate records as required by school policies.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred
  • Ability to pass both state and federal background check
