Spring Education Group is a multi-brand education network of superior private school institutions spanning infant care through high school. We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Project Manager to join our team and support our growing network of schools. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on creating beautiful, effective visuals while also keeping projects on track and managing deadlines.

What You'll Do:

  • Design Engaging Materials: Create print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, email templates, social media graphics, and website content that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Work closely with internal teams to maintain a cohesive brand image and message across all marketing channels.
  • Lead Projects: Manage marketing and design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines are met and communication flows smoothly between teams.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with vendors, external partners, and internal departments to ensure high-quality production and project success.
  • Support Event Promotion: Design materials for school events, open houses, and community outreach programs, ensuring all visuals convey our mission and values.
  • Monitor Progress: Use project management tools to track tasks, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Explore New Creative Opportunities: Bring innovative design ideas to life while enhancing the school's visual storytelling.

Who You Are:

  • Creative & Detail-Oriented: Your eye for design and precision ensure each project is visually stunning and consistent.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You excel at working with teams and translating ideas into cohesive design pieces.
  • Highly Organized: You're able to juggle multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Tech-Savvy Designer: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.
  • Experienced Project Manager: You have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Education Enthusiast: Ideally, you have familiarity with Montessori or experience in educational marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of graphic design and project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design platforms.
  • Experience in managing timelines, budgets, and collaborating across teams.
  • Familiarity with education marketing, particularly the Montessori method, is a plus.
