About the RoleThe Office Administrator position at Heritage Oak plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our school. You will work collaboratively with the entire staff to support front office needs and develop meaningful relationships with students and families. Your role is essential in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, which is pivotal to our school community's success.
You will also- Provide superior customer service to students, parents, and staff members
- Be proactive in responding to parent concerns and inquiries
- Manage student enrollments, withdrawals, and waitlists
- Maintain student and office files in an organized manner
- Assemble student packets, enrollment packets, and other necessary materials
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the school's daily operations
What We Are Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a school environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
