About the Role:

On-Call Substitute Teachers at Brighton School play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of instruction when regular teachers are unavailable. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about education and who enjoy working with diverse student groups across various grade levels. On-Call Substitutes must be adaptable and ready to step into different classrooms, ensuring that students continue to receive a high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement lesson plans and curriculum provided by the regular teacher.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• A positive, energetic, and patient demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments quickly.
