About the Role

Join our team at Stratford School, where the Preschool Floater Teacher plays a vital role in providing support and assistance across two different locations. You will engage with a diverse group of preschool and pre-K students, collaborating with classroom teachers while gaining valuable experience in school and classroom environments. This position offers the opportunity to step in and lead classrooms when needed, making it an ideal role for individuals eager to develop their teaching skills.

What we are looking for.

Applicant must have completed 12-semester or 18-quarter units in early childhood education, including coursework covering child development, family dynamics, community involvement, and program/curriculum development, alternatively, possession of a bachelor's degree in child development or a related field.

Must have reliable transportation to commute between the two school locations.

Demonstrate patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior teaching experience with young students is preferred.

*Req #7292 for Preschool Floater position is eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus to the new hire after 90 days of completed employment
