EVERGREEN ACADEMY MONTESSORI, part of the Spring Education Group family of schools, is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support the Principal and Assistant Principal in the operation of the school.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role has responsibility to assist the Principal in the delivery of a high-quality instructional program and overall operation of the school including: curriculum implementation in classrooms, staff training and development, student enrollment, parent and community relations, staff supervision and evaluation of approved curriculum and professional development, and facility management.. This position requires approximately 50% of the time providing classroom support. Ability and willingness to support in the classroom with ages 2-6yrs old is required.

Duration: Year-Round (12 months), Monday - Friday

Pay Range: Starting at $21/hr

The Essentials...

Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma.

AA or BA preferred
Must be comfortable supporting in classroom as needed (approximately 50%)

Previous teaching experience required (must be comfortable changing diapers)
Demonstrates proficiency with Licensing requirements
Demonstrates knowledge of and proficiency with technology
Staff management experience
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Possesses time management and organizational skills

Possesses basic math skills
The ability to professionally communicate effectively and positively. Must be able to obtain cooperation (internally and/or externally) is essential
Complies with all state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position (i.e. professional development).
