Spring Education Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving HR strategy and partnering with operational leadership to support employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention.
This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in either AZ, PA, or CA.
Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with operational leadership to address HR needs including employee relations, performance management, training, and engagement.
- Legal Compliance: Prevent and respond to employment-related claims, conduct internal investigations, and represent the company in agency hearings.
- HR Policy Development: Propose and implement new HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Monitor HR data trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee school openings/closings, develop project plans, and ensure smooth transitions.
- Communication & Training: Deliver HR-related content and facilitate proactive communications with operational leaders.
- Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and ensure regional compliance.
- Travel: Occasional travel to schools and home office locations for training, meetings, and other HR responsibilities.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR generalist or business partner roles, with a focus on performance management, employee relations, and employment law.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
