We are seeking a driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to spearhead various strategic initiatives within our Early Childhood Education division. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing multiple projects, enhancing digital visibility, and crafting compelling email marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do:- Enhance Online Presence: Take charge of our online directory listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms to boost our digital footprint.
- Align Our Message: Work closely with internal and external teams to synchronize branding and messaging across digital ads and marketing channels.
- Drive Email Campaigns: Execute dynamic email marketing initiatives, from list segmentation and content formatting to scheduling.
- Data Management: Manage essential business and customer data exports from our CRM for use by external agencies.
- Media Purchasing: Assist with digital media buying under the guidance of our Senior Marketing Manager.
- Project Coordination: Keep projects on track, meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively across teams.

- Organized: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills enable you to manage multiple projects seamlessly.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable with CRM platforms and data management, you ensure the integrity and utility of business data.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar for email marketing.
- Familiarity with HTML, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
