Pay Range: Starting at $67,000/year

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma.
- 12 Early Childhood Education units required
- Infant/toddler units preferred
- BA preferred
- Calm under pressure and manage multiple systems
- Complies with all state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position (i.e. professional development).
Responsibilities...- Supporting in classroom as needed
- Serving as the face and voice of the campus, greeting for students, families, and visitors and answering phones
- Managing purchasing, administering school programs, and coordinating special events
- Handling regular communications with students and families, including fielding questions and concerns
- Leading marketing efforts for the campus to further develop the LePort brand and reputation
- Building strong relationships with families that lead to strong retention and enrollment, as well as working with prospective families to enroll their children
- Managing campus payroll to ensure that all related records are consistently accurate to ensure no payroll errors
- Managing and developing admin personnel
- Supporting current staff needs and managing the on-boarding of new staff members
- Performing other responsibilities as required
