About the Role

As a Conservatory of the Arts Coordinator at Sagement Prep, you have the unique opportunity to impact student learner outcomes, and campus culture in a variety of ways.
  • Program Maestro: Manage logistics and programs, from captivating summer sessions to enriching after-school activities during the academic year.
  • Tech Guru: Be our on-site expert in tech, audio, and facilities. Run the broadcast studio, producing engaging morning news shows.
  • Creative Maven: Teach captivating sections on film/broadcast media and photography, fostering creativity in every student.
  • Promotional Powerhouse: Coordinate all in-house promotional photography and videography, collaborating directly with the Marketing Manager.
  • Student Success Sentinel: Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining open communication with both parents and the principal.
  • Classroom Curator: Ensure an ordered and inspiring classroom environment, participating actively in all school events and meetings.

What We Are Looking For
  • Art Aficionado: Hold a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in a visual or performing arts-related field.
  • Teaching Trailblazer: Bring at least 2+ years of teaching experience at the middle/high school level, showcasing a commitment to innovative and inclusive education.
  • Collaborative Creator: Eagerly collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and alignment, implementing differentiated learning strategies.
  • Lifelong Learner: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional growth and an enthusiasm for lifelong learning.
