About the RoleThe After Care Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise with indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.
You will also...Plan and organize after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
Assist students with homework
Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students
What We Are Looking ForHigh school graduate or GED
Prior experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
