Lead Preschool Teacher Responsibilities:As a Lead Preschool Teacher at Xplor Preschool, you will be responsible for the coordination of all classroom operations including implementation of our proprietary curriculum. Our curriculum is literacy-based and structured, but also purposefully flexible. Teachers are encouraged to be creative and intentional when developing activities, you'll have the professional freedom to ensure instructional decisions are based on students interests and needs. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
- Be able to pass a standard company background check & state specific FBI background check.
- Complies with all state-specific education requirements. Must have the following:
- High School Diploma
- 6+ months previous child care/preschool teacher experience
- Preferred associates degree in ECE or Child Development.
