Description

MONTESSORI ACADEMY, part of the Spring Education Group family of schools, is seeking a dynamic Office Administrator. This position assists with managing the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of the campus, as well as the overall process of bringing prospective families into Montessori Academy.  In general, the Office Administrator is also there to support the school in whatever is needed for it to function smoothly, including classroom support (approximately 50% of the time).

 

Employment Status: Full-Time 9:00am-6:00pm 

Duration: Year-Round (12 months), Monday - Friday

Location: 5940 N Linder Road Meridian, ID 83646

The Essentials...

  • Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma.
  • 1 year teaching experience required 
  • Dedication to quality and service to each individual child and family, with a friendly and open demeanor well-suited to being on the front lines of Montessori Academy’s “customer service.”
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to embrace and exemplify Montessori Academy ’ “Core Values.”  
  • Complies with all state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position (i.e. professional development).
