Partnerships Manager

The Laurel Springs school is seeking a proven leader in partnership management to become part of our team to drive maximum value within our customer base of global partners. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the partnership marketing strategy and events for all Laurel Springs partners. This is a direct client-facing role and can be remote or located at any Laurel Spring School location.

Your Mission
Deliver engaging and strategic resources to our partners and event sponsorships, ensuring that the
Laurel Springs School brand can be promoted clearly and efficiently to their families and a larger
audience. Provide high-quality customer support to B2B and B2C clients, helping them navigate
their Laurel Springs experience.

Responsibilities
● Manage the strategy, review, approval, and distribution process for all partnership marketing materials;  working with the Marketing team to ensure that briefs are properly submitted, and partners’ asset needs are being fulfilled on time.

● Own asset management for partner marketing materials including dedicated emails, social media, handouts, marketing toolkits, webinars, onboarding events, event materials, etc.

● Utilize unique knowledge of each partner and their nuances to ensure that our messaging strategy drives maximum enrollments.

● Lead event marketing efforts for all partnership initiatives including educational conferences, tennis tournaments, partner open houses, etc. This includes planning of events, shipment of materials, asset management and production, event execution, and recapping.

● Account Management of all student and alumni ambassadors of partners. This includes managing their enrollment, coordinating promotional assets, and facilitating event appearances.

● Manage both the day-to-day operational and long-term strategic business relationship with Laurel Springs School’s key partners, ensuring Laurel Springs School is viewed as and remains a key education partner.

● Develop high-value trusted relationships with partners and their students/families throughout their LSS lifecycle to ensure Laurel Springs School meets our partners’ and students’ needs and sets them up for educational success.

● Conduct new partner onboarding and with insightful demos and share best practices for success on our Learning Management System.

● Service, manage, renew and execute against partner priorities and KPIs, driving key program outcomes such as enrollment, engagement, and client satisfaction.

● Manage partner communications, and proactively communicate upcoming product changes and school policy.

● Work with the Business Development team on monthly reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. 


● Represent partners internally, providing feedback on changing needs, trends, expectations, and client satisfaction.

● Drive partners’ business initiatives and ensure their processes are aligned with Laurel Springs School’s education team. Manage retention and an ongoing exploration of partners’ business needs, resulting in the growth of Laurel Springs School’s footprint and volume of business.

Qualifications
● 5-7 years of experience in partnership management
● Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines, preferably inclusive of the customer-
retention or relationship management metrics
● Experience managing negotiations, including contract negotiations
● Ability to manage multiple partners and workstreams concurrently and effectively manage
scope change within a project or program
● Continually learning by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional
publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
● Ability to travel for partner meetings and events (including possible international travel)
● Experience working in education or sports/entertainment a plus
