The Laurel Springs School is seeking a talented Teacher Services Coordinator to support the Teacher Services Department. This is a part-time remote position. The Teacher Services Facilitator supports the Teacher Services Department in all areas related to data, billing, teacher assigning, enrollments, the learning management system, and any other initiatives that relate to the Teacher Services Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Upholds the strategic plan for Laurel Springs School Teacher Services Department.
  • Supports the Senior Teacher Services Coordinator in the following areas:
  • Billing
  • Teacher Assigning
  • Learning management system analytics and reports
  • Online student assessment database management.
  • Pulls monthly and bi-weekly data for webinar room attendance, teacher enrollment reports, or any other data needed.
  • Possesses a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to the faculty and their ability to meet the needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Education, Teacher Services, and Curriculum Departments as directed by the Senior Teacher Services Coordinator.

EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience successfully supporting business or educational programs.
  • School administrative experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possesses basic math skills.
  • Analytical, interpretive, evaluative, and constructive thinking skills are required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving.
  • Highly organized.
